Indigenous Path Construction is 100% Native-owned and operated general contracting firm dedicated to delivering exceptional commercial construction and consulting services. Founded by Keith Clark, a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University – Moorhead, our company embodies a commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction.
With a foundation rooted in hands-on experience—from concrete labor to project management—Keith Clark leads our team with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of project types, including Commercial, Cultural, Community, Institutional Remodels and Additions.

Leadership: Owner and Founder
Keith Clark
Keith Clark is the founder of Indigenous Path Construction and an enrolled member of the White Earth Nation. He brings more than a decade of experience in commercial construction, construction management, and project leadership, with a passion for delivering projects that strengthen Tribal communities.
At Indigenous Path Construction, Keith specializes in project management, construction oversight, budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and quality assurance. He is committed to building trusted partnerships while delivering projects that reflect excellence, accountability, and long-term community impact.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends and remains actively involved in supporting Tribal communities and local nonprofit organizations.
Project Engineer
Christine Holman, MA
Christine Holman is an enrolled member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians (Baawiting Anishinaabeg) and serves as Project Engineer for Indigenous Path Construction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Bethel University.
Throughout her career, Christine has been passionate about building relationships across cultures. She enjoys working alongside Tribal Nations, cross-cultural organizations, nonprofit organizations, and diverse community partners, believing that trust, collaboration, and mutual respect are the foundation of successful relationships.
At Indigenous Path Construction, Christine specializes in project management, construction administration, business development, strategic planning, project documentation, and communications. She is committed to helping clients navigate projects with organization, transparency, and a community-centered approach.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys being active and serving alongside her husband and their four daughters at their local church. She serves as a member on her local fire department, and continuously seeks out unique community engagement opportunities.
Project Coordinator
Ryan Salmon
Ryan Salmon is an enrolled citizen of the White Earth Nation and serves as Project Coordinator for Indigenous Path Construction
He brings more than 15 years of experience across construction-related business development, project coordination, public-sector partnerships, Tribal and urban Indigenous community engagement, and nonprofit leadership.
At Indigenous Path Construction, Ryan brings a relationship-centered and organized approach to project coordination. Ryan is dedicated to clear communication, accountable follow-through, and building strong relationships. He helps project teams remain organized, responsive, and aligned with client, community, and organizational goals throughout every phase of a project.
Outside of work, Ryan and his wife are the owners and directors of Minnesota Juniors Volleyball Club. Ryan enjoys coaching young athletes and investing in the next generation through leadership and mentorship.
